What is the name of that movie where Daryl Sabara saves the President's Daughter with his female friend?

IT's not Spy Kids, and I'm not 100% sure it's with Daryl Sabara (Spy
kids main character), but him and his female friend try to save the
president's daughter at a school where people are trying to kidnap the
president's daughter. Please let me know. I think it had something to
do with the name Tommy.
